The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Ordinance on spatial information of 24 June 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for services rendered in the sphere of geo-data information. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 8 chapiters as follows: General provisions (I); Fees (II); Spatial base data and spatial data of the Canton (III); Data and extracts of the official survey (IV); Infrastructure of the Canton (V); Exchange of information between authorities (VI); Commercial services of the Canton (VII); Transitional and final provisions(VIII).
