Abstract The present Ordinance implements article 216 of the Planning and Building Law of 12 January 2005 establishing that the Executive Council shall appoint one or more commissions of experts that shall advise the community on issues of nature and cultural heritage protection. The following commissions shall be established: a) Nature and Cultural Heritage Protection Commission; b) Monument Conservation Commission; c) Archaeology Commission.
