I p. 3831). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to measures against the emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road mobile machinery. The text – consisting of 12 articles deals with the following issues: sphere of application, implentation of European directives, putting into circulation, exceptions, granting of licences, cooperation of other member states and entry into force.
