Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Economic Supply Law of 20 June 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. Article 1 establishes that the Executive Council shall: a) perform the supervision of the National Economic Supply; b) appoint the Director; c) appoint from the cantonal administrative personnel the heads of the various areas; d) enact measures by the federal government.
