Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2000.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to damages caused by game. The owner of the forest – in agreement with the hunting society, the local Forestry Office and local authorities - shall make arrangement to prevent damage caused by game. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Prevention of damage (I); Examination and compensation of damage (II); Dispute settlement (III); Final provisions (IV).
