Abstract The purpose of the present Ordinance is to protect and conserve valuable living space and landscape through compliance of ecological requirements in agriculture. In particular, it regulates the financial contributions of the Canton to attain such results. The cultivation, maintenance and use of certain areas shall maintain their characteristic plants. According to article 12 the amount of contributions depends on various factors thereby envisaged.
