Entry into force notes

The present Ordinance enters into force on 17 October 2004.

Abstract

The Office for Consumer Protection, Agriculture and Land Consolidation is in the Land Berlin, inter alia, responsible for the promotion of the integrated agricultural development, water resources and technical measures. Moreover, it is responsible for the implementation of land consolidation measures, as well as measures relating to ecological agriculture and the marking of agricultural products and feedstuff resulting thereof.
