Abstract The present Ordinance implements article 47a of the Cantonal Hunting Law of 4 June 1969. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the collection of fines in case of hunting violations. Article 7 establishes that the Hunting and Fisheries Office runs the Hunting Fines Register as laid down in article 47d of the afore-mentioned Cantonal Hunting Law.
