Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 12 February 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Animal Protection Act of 16 December 2005. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Health Office is entrusted with the enforcement of animal protection. The present Ordinance consists of 12 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Animal experiment (II); Execution (III).
