The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2001.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Veterinary Law of 15 June 1971. The text consists of 40 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Veterinaries and Para veterinaries (II); Trade in animals and animal products and other objects (III); Fight against and monitoring of fish disease (IV); Compensation payment (V); Costs incurred to fight against animal disease (VI); Contributions to the Animal Disease and Meat Hygiene Fund (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
