The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1996.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces article 14 of the Cantonal Alpine Law of 30 April 1995. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of alpine farms and their right of use. Article 1 lists the alpine areas subject to the present Ordinance. The text consists of 21 articles.
