The present Ordinance enters into force on 2 January 2004.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on agriculture of 3 December 2002 laying down detailed provisions as to its enforcement. The text consists of 128 articles divided into 18 titles as follows: General provisions (I); Structural improvements (II); Subsidies for management (III); Promotion of sale (IV); Generational shifting (V); Conversion of agricultural undertaking to biological agriculture (VI); Direct payments (VII); Ecological quality (VIII); Viticulture (IX); Plant protection (X); Management of uncultivated land (XI); Animal production (XII); Veterinary district (XIII); Cattle insurance (XIV); Agricultural organizations (XV); Data of agricultural farms (XVI); Legal protection, adminstrative measures and penal provisons (XVII); Final provisions (XVIII).
