Abstract This Regulation provides provision for import of forest plants from third countries for plant and timber protection purposes. The text provides for identity check and plant inspection requirements that would be conducted in the approved nominated place. The text further presents the conditions for transit, application form, and export conditions of the timber or forest plants. The Regulation provides for declaration of information with regard to the place where the imported goods shall be stored and the authorised consignee. The Regulation further provides the rules for packaging, transferring the goods to the approved place of inspection, and carrying the phytosanitary transport certificate. Article 4 describes the conditions for the destined place. The Regulation contains 6 Articles. Full text German
