Abstract

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Economy, Family and Youth establishes that the public limited company for the agricultural-veterinary life and environment security is entitled to certify products relating to: 1) the Commission Regulation (EC) 1825/2000 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EC) 1760/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards to the labelling of beef and beef products; and 2) the Regulation (EC) 1760/2000 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 July 2000 establishing a system for the identification and registration of bovine animals and regarding the labelling of beef and beef products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) 820/97. The text consists of 4 articles and 1 Annex.
