Abstract The aim of this Ordinance is to define the content, form and design of danger zone plans for the Austrian forests. Danger zone plans are expert reports, providing a basis for the planning implementation and classifying of measures for torrent and avalanche control, and for the regulation of the activities of the members of the of the forest engineering departments as experts.
