Specific provisions are made with respect to the sales of fresh meat, meat and fish products. As far as the vending of food and beverages is concerned, the Ordinance establishes a duty of the street food vendor to apply and update the relevant safety procedures on the basis of the principles of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.
