Abstract

This Ordinance validates the requirements for issuing licences as regards all the enterprises engaged in producing, bottling and storage of spirits, including ethyl alcohol of all types and its wholesale internal trade. The Ordinance regards the enterprises of all types of property, including joint-stock companies. This licence is classified as of allowable type and is issued for a period of one year and delimits the licensed type of production and the total allowable quantity as declared by licensee. The license is charged, is not transferable and it is strictly prohibited for the licensee to supply licensed services to another enterprise. The original document contains 3 Annexes. Annex 1 contains the application form. Annex 2 contains the form of licence. Annex 3 contains the list of the obligatory requirements prior access to licence.
