Abstract

This Ordinance establishes the procedure of the payment of royalties. It determines that the payers of royalties are all the enterprises that produce, bottle, store and distribute through wholesale trade of spirits distilled out of alimentary and non-alimentary raw materials. The document classifies as alcoholic products all beverages (except for beer) that contain more that 1,5 percent of ethyl alcohol. The Ordinance establishes that for the producers the royalties are calculated on the basis of the total industrial output, for the storers the annual volume of the stored spirits in accordance with the standard capacity and for the wholesalers the annual amount of the spirits declared for licensing, including import-export transactions.
