This text enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 28 September 2021).
Abstract

This Ordinance, based on the provisions of the Law on Regulations relating to the Food and Basic Material Assistance Programme, determines the conditions and the order for: 1. identification of the most needy persons and families for each of the defined types of support under the Food and Basic Material Assistance Programme 2021 - 2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF +); 2. identification of additional needy persons, families and/or groups for each of the determined types of support, to which purchased, but not received and unallocated food or material aid shall be provided; 3. exchange and provision of information in connection with the identification of the most needy persons and directing the assistance under the programme. This text is also based on the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2021/1057 establishing the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and repealing Regulation (EU) No 1296/2013. The Annex is part of this publication (application form).
