This text entered into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Ordinance determines: 1. conditions and the order for carrying out disinfections, disinsections, deratizations and devastations aimed for restriction and liquidation of outbreaks of contagious animal diseases (as in accordance with the content of article 129-paragraph 1 of the nation Veterinary Law). These actions shall be performed on border inspection veterinary points under, as well as in case of liquidation of the consequences of natural disasters and industrial accidents in which animals are affected, in order to prevent epizootics and zoonoses; 2. conditions and the order for conducting courses for acquiring legal capacity for carrying out these activities; 3. requirements for persons, who carry out such activities; 4. official controls meant for activities made under and in connection with requirements of European Union regulations as listed in article 1 of this text.
