Abstract This Ordinance, as in accordance with the terms of Bulgarian Agro-food chain management Law, lays down necessary conditions and procedures for sampling of foodstuffs produced in the country, or in European Union or originating in third countries and intended for placing on the Union market, with the exception of natural mineral, spring and table waters. This text specifies detailed issues for carrying out laboratory tests for the purposes of official controls.
