This text enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette (originally published on 26 February 2021).

Abstract

This Ordinance, as in accordance with the Bulgarian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, prescribes determines the procedure for issuing and replacing the sticker for certifying the registration of the vehicles for transportation of food; and set the content, the graphic layout and the protective elements of these special labels or marks (stickers). This label or sticker for certifying the registration of the vehicles for transportation of food shall be issued by the director of the regional directorate for food safety (RFSD) at the seat of the business operator.
