Abstract

The ordinance deals with prevention, eradication of all potentially harmful agents (as per art.2 and art.3) that could affect plants. It rules quarantine and special measure to be taken in order to avoid plague or pests. Furthermore, it regulates the management of all the substances (drugs, chemicals, animals or microorganisms and other preparations) involved in plant protection plans.
