Abstract

This Ordinance refers to the Baltic Sea and the White Sea basins in the area of the Faroe Islands. It establishes that the fishing authorization issued to the Russian users shall envisage the presence of scientific observers on board of fishing vessels carrying out fisheries of abyssal fish species. Russian users shall be intended fishing vessels flying the flag of the Russian Federation.
