This Ordinance enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Ordinance, with a view of prevention of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), establishes that organizational measures related trade fairs must envisage application of the following arrangements: (a) trade fairs shall operate for at maximum six hours in a working day; (b) in the trade pavilion the width of the aisles for visitors at two-way placement of trade rows must be of at least 4.5 m, with unilateral distance at least 2.5 m, the distance between sellers in the trade in rows of at least 5 m or the presence of a gap between the trading places is not less than 2 m; (c) customers must be informed of mandatory compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements; and (d) food consumption (eating) at workplace shall be prohibited; food consumption (eating) shall be authorized exclusively in a specially designated room.
