Abstract This Ordinance, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on the management of the agro-food chain, determines the conditions and the procedure for taking samples from food produced in the country, in the European Union or originating from third countries, intended for placing on the Union market, for carrying out laboratory analyzes for the purposes of official control. The scope of this text includes: 1. bottled natural mineral, spring and table waters; 2. foods for performing laboratory analyzes for assessment of the doses from internal irradiation of the population as a whole and of representative persons; 3. ready meals and foods for performing laboratory analyzes for determination of nutritional value and assessment of the nutrition of separate groups or of the population as a whole.
