Abstract This Ordinance determines the state educational standard for the acquisition of qualification in the profession 541060 "Technician-technologist in food and beverage quality" in the field of education "Production and processing" and professional field 541 "Food technology" according to the List of the professions for vocational education and training under article 6 (paragraph 1) of the Vocational Education and Training Act. The state educational standard for acquiring qualification in the profession 541060 "Technician-technologist in food and beverage quality" according to the appendix to this ordinance determines the requirements for acquiring third degree professional qualification for the specialty 5410601 "Quality control and food safety and drinks”. The food and beverage quality technician performs operational procedures through which the monitoring, control and management of systems for good production practices, safety and quality in the production, trade, forwarding and supply of food and beverages are ensured.
