Abstract

This Ordinance prohibits the hunting activities of any type in the zones identified by art. 63 of the EU Regulation 2020/687. It also prohibits the collecting mushrooms and truffles, fishing, trekking, the mountain biking and other activities which, by providing direct or indirect interaction with infected or potentially infected wild boars, involve a risk for the spread of the disease. Some exceptions are specified by article 1 of the Ordinance.
