Entry into force notes

The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 September 1995.

Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Wine Act of 8 July 1994 (BGBl I p. 1467), the Wine Ordinance of 9 May 1995 (BGBl I p. 630) and the Wine Inspection Ordinance of 9 May 1995 (BGBl I p. 630, 655). The text consists of 32 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: Cultivation areas (I); Right to plant (Ia); Cultivation rules (II); Vine cultivation (IIa); Harvest per hectare, control (III); Wine preparation (IV); Quality wine (V); Labelling (VI); Book-keeping (VII); Accompanying documents (VIII); Marketing (IX); Competences, penalties (X). Seven Annexes are enclosed.
