Abstract

An Ordinance by the Federal Ministe for Agriculture and Forestry to regulate in particular the examination, certification and sealing of seeds package. Besides the Federal Institute for Plants Production, there are five regional Institutes authorized to carry out the above-mentioned tasks. A written application is to be made to the competent Institute in order to obtain a lead seal. The seeds must be put in special containers, and a minimum quantity is required to allow inspection and seeds of second quality. The Ordinance consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts and 2 Annexes.
