The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2000.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Ordinance of 10 February 1999 on sovereign mining and the use of subsoil. In particular, the Ordinance specifies competent executing authorities, sets out proceedings and coordination and regulates fees and costs. The text consists of 24 articles divided into5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Competences (II); Proceedings and coordination (III); Fees and charges (IV); Final and transitional provisions (V).
