The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Industrial Plants Basel Law of 11 February 2009. The Ordinance introduces, inter alia, some amendments to the Ordinance on the supply of potable water of 19 September 1989. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 2 dealing with competences of the Industrial Basel Plants; article 3 concerning competent authorities, and repeals article 4.
