Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Law on extraction of mineral resources (Sovereign Mining Law) of 29 April 1979. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Law. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Organization and competence (I); Exploration and development (II); Exploitation and limitation of exploration and extraction (III); Financial provisions and proceedings (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V)
