The present Ordinance enters into force on 30 April 1991.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Hunting Law of 30 April 1989. The text consists of 61 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: Organization of hunting authorities (I); Hunting authorization (II); Hunting permits (III); Hunting practice (IV); Protection of game varieties and their living space (V); Damage caused by wild animals (VI); Hunting examinations (VII); Hunting police (VIII); Penalties (IX); Withdrawal of hunting permit (X); Jurisdiction (XI); Final and transitional provisions (XII).
