The present Ordinance enters into force on 27 February 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the determination of water areas and their use implementing articles 41a and 41 b of the Federal Water Protection Ordinance of 28 October 1998. The text consists of 8 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Purpose (1); Water areas and water distances (2); Final provisions (3).
