The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1997.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act on foodstuff and objects of daily use of 9 October 1992 and its implementing Ordinances concerning animal husbandry, animal slaughtering and slaughterhouses. The text consists of 13 articles as follows: Purpose and sphere of application (1); Control organs (2); Veterinary in charge (3); Meat inspectors (4); Meat supervisor (5); Exams (6); Vocational training (7); Compensation and fees of the Canton (8); Omissis (9); Legal remedy (10) Amendment (11); Repeal (12); Entry into force (13).
