Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1932.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Expropriation Act of 20 June 1930. Article 1 establishes that the President of the Compensation Commission shall decide on compensation payments. Article 3 lays down provisions relating to the competent office to execute compensation payments. The text consist of 5 articles.
