The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 March 2000.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements in particular the Energy Law of the Canton of Aargau (Energy Law) of 9 March 1993. Article 2 establishes that the competent authority in the Canton of Aargau for issues concerning energy is the Construction, Traffic and Environment Office. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competence of municipalities (1); Competence of the Construction, Traffic and Environment Office (2); Legal protection (3); Administration fees (4); Repeal of previous legislation (5); Publication and entry into force (6).
