The text consists of 63 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Provisions on energy saving (A). This Part is divided into the following chapters: General provisions (I); Requirements for heat insulation (II); Requirements for technical plants (III); Execution (IV). Part B is entitled «Contributions and promotion measures» and is divided as follows: Application for contributions and calculations proceedings (I); Compensation for electricity deriving from small power stations (II). Part C deal with Expert Commission and Part D with Accounting for heating costs. The latter is divided as follows: Sphere of application (I); Principles (II); Definition of terms (III); Determination of energy consumption (IV); Division of heating costs (V); Legal remedies (VI); Fees (VII); Duty to issue statement of account (VIII).
