The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2003.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Law on forests of 21 April 1998. It lays down in detail how the aforementioned Law is to be applied. The text consists of 56 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Forest conservation (II); Protection from natural disasters and forest fires (III); Management of forest (IV); Promotional provisions (V); Various provisions(VI); Final provisions (VII).
