Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1996.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Alpine Law of 30 April 1995.the text – consisting of 11 articles - deals with the following matters: local sphere of application, use and exploitation principles for common alpine regions, non cultivated alpine regions, grazing of sheep and use of commercial fertilizer, help in case of natural disaster and entry into force.
