In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation on nature and cultural heritage protection. Article 1 establishes that the Construction and Environment Office is entrusted with the enforcement of legislation concerning nature and landscape protection; whereas the Cultural Heritage Office is responsible for the implementation of legislation in the field of cultural heritage.
