Abstract

The present Ordinance is made under the Law of 2 May 1971 on protection of nature and cultural heritage and the Ordinance of 2 October 1991 on protection of nature and cultural heritage. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation on nature and cultural heritage protection. Article 1 establishes that the Construction and Environment Office is entrusted with the enforcement of legislation concerning nature and landscape protection; whereas the Cultural Heritage Office is responsible for the implementation of legislation in the field of cultural heritage. The text consists of 7 articles.
