Abstract The purpose of the present Ordinance is the correct and efficient enforcement of the federal legislation on food and articles of daily use. Article 1 establishes that the Sanitary Office is responsible for the execution of federal legislation in the field of foodstuff, articles of daily use, agriculture and radiation protection.
