Abstract

The Ordinance is divided into 5 parts and 4 schedules. Definitions (Part I); General Protection of Protected Animals (Part II); National Parks, Sanctuaries, Reserves and Close Seasons (Part III); Methods of Hunting and the Disturbance of Animals (Part IV); Traffic in Animals or Parts Thereof (Part V); Miscellaneous (Part VI). Schedules contain lists of "protected" and "specially protected"species.
