This Ordinance enters into force on the date of promulgation.
Abstract

Based on the Plant Protection Act (Act No. 151 of 1951), the Plant Protection Act Enforcement Rules enforce the above mentioned Act and shall be established as follows: Inspection of imported plants (Chap. 2); Inspection of exported plants (Chap. 3); Inspection of designated seedlings (Chap. 4); Restriction and prohibition of movement of plants, etc. (Chap. 4-2); Emergency control (Chap. 5); Control of designated pests (Chap. 6); Designation of harmful flora and fauna (First Quarter); Transfer of drugs (Second Quarter); Free lending of control equipment (Third Quarter); Prefectural epidemiology (Chap. 7).
