Abstract

The present Ordinance of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry enforces the Forest Pest Control Act. The Ordinances sets out detailed provisions as far as the following issues are concerned: Standards for crushing of trees; Manner of announcement; Public notice in lieu of delivery of written Order; Identification card; Cases where there are risks that damages would expand; Contents of notification. The text consists of 4 articles.
