Abstract The present Ordinance by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry provides for the correct and efficient enforcement of the Fishing Boat Act. In particular, chapter III deals with registration of fishing boats and the issuing of a registration card. Chapter IV and V respectively lay down provisions relating to inspection and examinations concerning fishing boats.
