The Ordinance enters into force on 1 February 2003.
Abstract

This Ordinance of the Government of the Slovak Republic, which is composed of three articles and two Annexes, establishes, in accordance with relevant European Community provisions, obligatory limits for the range of recovery of packaging wastes. The limits are specified for individual types of wastes in the Annex 2.
