This Ordinance entered into force on 15 January 2023.
Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 16 articles and one Annex, lays down the rules for providing support for the implementation of the measures of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy in the beekeeping sector: (a) advisory services, technical assistance, training, information and exchange of best practices for beekeepers and beekeeping associations; (b) investments in tangible assets and intangible assets in the beekeeping sector; (c) fight against pests and diseases of bee colonies; (d) creating effective grazing conditions for bee colonies; (e) restoration of bee colonies in the European Union, breeding and breeding of bee colonies; (f) support for analyzes of beekeeping products, the loss of bees or decreases in productivity and substances that can be toxic to bees; (g) cooperation in the implementation of applied research projects in the field of beekeeping and beekeeping products; (h) promotion, communication and marketing in the beekeeping sector.
