This Ordinance enters into force on 1 November 2011.

Abstract

This Government Ordinance, which is composed of five articles and three Annexes, implements legislation of the European Union concerning establishing of the list of active substamces that can be used in biocidal products. The list of active substances satisfactory for inclusion in biocidal products is specified in Annex 1. The list of active substances with low risk satisfactory for inclusion in biocidal products with low risk is defined in Annex 2.
